I´ve been thinking about the tern transsexual, and I don´t think I like it anymore. Like, we need a new word. Because look at all the -sexuals. Pansexual, Asexual, CaptainJackSexual, they all talk about sexual orientations, except for Transsexual, which talks about feeling about your gender/sex combination. I feel like we need a new word.

Some very awesome valid thoughts!!!!! I am not sure what such a word would be. I mean honestly, sometimes I just prefer woman. I am just a woman with a history. ;P
